Alford Builders have completed a large portion of Heritage refurbishment works at the Abbotsford Convent over the last 15+ years. We have completed various tasks such as Slate & Iron Roof replacements, timber window repairs and replacements, fire services installation, underground power & switchboard installs/upgrades, upgrade & construction of Amenities facilities, fit out of café’s, restaurants, art studios, offices & event hire spaces etc. We have also completed quite a number of landscaping projects across the site including concrete paths, Patio’s, Carparks, gardens, outdoor seating and decorative pieces, fences and so on.
